POSITION: Marketing Production Assistant

REPORTING TO: Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications

Our brand is essential to us in creating a market leading position and we are looking for someone to support this through all marketing production aspects.


This is a busy role, requiring a bright, enthusiastic individual to work within the marketing team, supporting marketing, account management and sales to execute our visual identity in a consistent manner, upholding standards and also suggesting new ideas. We are seeking a confident, ‘can-do’ person who likes working with a broad range of people, has excellent attention to detail and is methodical and organised, with a creative mindset. This role may offer advancement opportunities to the right candidate.


 Marketing Production:

  • Produce a range of branded documents, both internal and client facing, maximising the use of our visual identity
  • Maintain a library of branded materials on the global Brand Hub
  • Source, manage and maintain the global image library on the Brand Hub
  • Production of digital content/visuals
  • Uploading of content to website, intranet and social media
  • Support with production of documents in additional languages as required
  • Ordering of branded goods including stationary and business cards
  • Managing the availability of pull-up banners and other materials for exhibitions and client events
  • Maintain the marketing drive on behalf of the wider team
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider team as required from time to time




  • Advanced MS Office skills, in particular Word & Powerpoint is essential
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and engage with internal customers
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working to and meeting required deadlines.
  • Clear and concise communication – verbal & written
