  • To play a pivotal role in the development and success of the IFD
  • To proactively optimise fare opportunities across all applicable markets
  • To support the development, continuous improvement, and success of the R&M international product offering
  • To ensure efficiency of process in collaboration with all relevant departments, specifically including IT, Commercial, Finance and all Operational units
  • To play a key role in the commercial development and success of the R&M International Partnership
  • To act as the ‘subject matter expert’ in all things International Fares with advanced knowledge of multi market offerings and commercial levers on wider commercial contracts
  • To build solid relationships with key stakeholders within Supplier organisations
  • Working side by side with Operations, proactively seek out fare saving opportunities across all applicable points of sale
  • As the subject matter expert in all things fares, provide advice, guidance and make commercial recommendations on purchasing strategy
  • Take a proactive approach to personal development ensuring fares knowledge remains ahead of the curve and takes into consideration an ever-evolving fares landscape
  • Provide training where applicable


  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Results orientated
  • Experience of working within an International Fares team an advantage
  • Experience of working in Sabre, Amadeus and Travelport
  • High level of commercial acumen with the ability to make snap decisions under pressure
  • A robust analytical skill set, with a penchant for complex problem solving and thinking outside the box
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to always communicate effectively and professionally, taking into consideration any potential commercial sensitivities that may exist
  • A team player
  • An independent thinker with the proven ability to work on your own initiative without the need for significant supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and a conscientious approach
