This varied role requires a team player with excellent commercial, relationship and communication skills in order to effectively manage service levels, commercial performance, engagement levels, key stakeholder relationships and ultimately the overall relationship with our global TMC partners. It also requires the recruitment of new partners as and when applicable to grow or improve the international footprint of R&M.


Partner Retention

  • Build relationships with partners and gain a working knowledge of their individual businesses and local markets to support development within the partnership.
  • Anticipate and Identify challenges, overcome obstacles and communicate project progress to all stakeholders as required
  • Collaborate with existing and new partners to identify projects for support and work with them to deliver, monitor and evaluate these
  • Host monthly regional calls and deliver and receive updates from across the partnership

Partner Recruitment

  • Identify, research and recruit potential partners in key markets for the expansion of the partnership in line with the wider Reed & Mackay strategy

Partner Implementation

  • Project management of the new partner implementations; Ensure contractual commitments are implemented within agreed timeframes; Support and co-ordinate introduction of the new partners into the partnership

Partner Development

  • Roll out global performance framework linked to the Reed & Mackay core values put in place by the L&D department in line with the wider Reed & Mackay strategy.
  • Measure, report and review the partners in line with the key performance indicators and global standard operating procedures.
  • Create and implement individual development plans to ensure the successful growth of Partners on a global platform.
  • To improve the commercial performance of our partner network by looking at new and innovative ways to monetise and commercialise our existing and growing partner footprint

Partner Website

  • Work with Reed & Mackay Marketing team to ensure the partner portal is regularly updated with the latest partnership updates and information.
  • Work with Reed & Mackay Marketing team to ensure complete and up to date partner information is on file for commercial purpose

Global Summits & Regional Forums

  • Provide assistance with the agenda content for annual summit
  • Encourage and increase attendance to events, promoting to partners the value in educational and networking opportunities
  • Coordinate regional meetings, provide assistance with the agenda, present partnership developments and new operating procedures
