This position is focused on the delivery of Client Pricing across Reed & Mackay and where applicable, Partner locations. The role requires a coordinated commercial approach to pricing, analytics and relationship management. This is a varied role requiring a team player with a high level of commercial acumen, analytical skills and the ability to communicate to a global audience

OBJECTIVES:

  • To support Reed & Mackay and its Partners in the development and success of the
    commercial pricing proposition
  • To deliver profitable pricing to R&M clients in all areas of travel management with a
    focus on margin management and client retention
  • To manage the delivery of analysis and development support – within scope and budget –and in accordance with internal processes/workflows
  • To provide information and advice to key internal stakeholders to enable them to
    recognise and highlight opportunities for R&M
  • To develop opportunities within the pricing to market R&M Advisory and M&E Services in
    line with the overall strategy
  • To assist R&M Customer Success in tender / re-tender situations
  • To work collaboratively with team members on delivery of project based analytical work

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Preparation of bespoke pricing for new prospects/clients dependent upon profile, market
  • and preferences
  • Demonstrate return on investment to prospects/clients through competitor benchmarking, value added services and travel savings
  • Analysing and consolidating complex MI for tenders, and preparing pricing under specific instructions and tight deadlines
  • Providing reports, models and ad hoc analysis as required
  • Supporting client projects
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to deliver accurate information and analysis
    internally and externally to clients & prospects
  • Playing an active role in generating innovative ideas for new models and analysis which
    could be developed to enhance our client proposition or to help develop the financial
    success of the company

  • Advanced level Excel
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative without the need for significant supervision
  • Proven analytical problem solving ability
  • Proven ability to work as an active and participating member of a team
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mind and conscientious approach
