The Vice President, Supplier Relations will lead the development of our preferred partner relationships in the US, including the execution of the strategy, development and ongoing management of partner relationships with airlines, hotels and ancillary services for the benefit of R&M and our clients. Specific duties will include the following: Drive the agenda of key partnerships, managing the engagement across the business, strategic development around service innovation and other business development opportunities; Full contract lifecycle management, including negotiation, implementation and optimization of commercial agreements with key partners maximizing income for the company; Creation of exclusive products for use by R&M existing and potential clients using our unique position in the market place to outline the value of enabling these products to our key partners; Work closely with the CEO US & Commercial Director to ensure regular forecasting and tracking of partner commercial performance and to maintain growth of partner income to achieve targets in line with strategic goals; Innovate ways to build key partner knowledge across all operational areas of the business to ensure our clients are amazed by the level of service and attention to value our consultants deliver; Proactively engage with the wider business travel industry as an ambassador and key representative of R&M, pre-empting areas of change and advising the business accordingly; Leading innovative and timely analysis creating opportunities and best practice for internal and external usage with clients – part of demonstrating the value the team can deliver for clients therefore supporting the management fee element of partner relations; Oversee and contribute to all partner related service issue responses acting as an escalation point where applicable; Overseeing and managing the USA International Fares Team ensuring they are proactively optimizing fare opportunities across all locations as well as responsible for accurately issuing and exchanging of ARC USA/BSP tickets; As a senior individual for R&M in the US, proactively manage, develop and motivate both the Partner Relations team and wider business divisions in achieving both business and personal objectives.


At least Two (2) years of related corporate travel industry experience managing supplier partner relationships within the airline sector.

Previous work experience must have included: At least two (2) years of experience with executing the strategy, development and ongoing management of partner relationships within the Travel Industry; At least two (2) years of commercial and financial experience, including analysis of and justification for strategic program initiatives that take into consideration internal and market impacts; Managing partner or agency relationships for International Markets within the Travel Industry; Leading and managing the full supplier contract lifecycle, including negotiation, implementation and optimization of multiple preferred partner commercial agreements simultaneously; Presenting at all levels externally and internally, including at the board level; and Networking within the business travel industry.
