- We will provide up to two complimentary proposals for multiple venues or suppliers within your search parameters;
- Our service offers robust rate negotiations using our R&M buyer relationships and we will always push for the best rates we can find;
- We can arrange site visits if these are required;
- Once you have selected a supplier, we will introduce you to the supplier for you to take the booking further directly with the supplier: this includes contract negotiation, payments of deposits, and final balances, and full liaison with the supplier in relation to your booking;
- After the first complimentary proposal, any additional research requested may incur a fee. This fee is waived if a booking is confirmed from the additional search;
- Hotels consider 10 or more sleeping rooms a group and therefore, may require a contract and prepayment once confirmed
