Reporting directly to the Hotel Product Manager, the Commercial Coordinator will be a key member of the team supporting the day-to-day demands of the commercial department.


  • Provide support to Hotel Product Manager in day-to-day management & promotion of R&M’s hotel consortia programme (RMP), internally & externally
  • Co-ordination & delivery of supplier marketing & activity plans for the RMP and the wider preferred supplier programme
  • Assistance with general RMP programme ‘housekeeping’, including invoicing & receipt of payments for the RMP programme participation
  • RMP programme performance support through analysis of reports, identifying opportunities & gaps, together with the Hotel Product Manager
  • Coordination of contracted supplier activity for both R&M Hotel programme & R&M preferred suppliers
  • Responsible for managing rate loading and running rate audits for both the RMP programme and annual client hotel programmes, ensuring rates are in place at agreed points in time
  • Working with supplier relations team to coordinate internal staff travel requirements
  • Support & assist the wider Commercial department with general day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Support the development, continuous improvement and success of the R&M commercial offering
  • Act as an ambassador for R&M, supporting the established commercial relationships that are in place
