PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

A position has become available to cover a period of maternity leave and join our existing team of Executive Assistants, who are responsible for assisting our Board Directors and providing general support to all areas of the business.

This position presents an opportunity to take on a varied administrative role within a vibrant and motivated Business Support team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Booking out of meeting rooms
  • Meeting room set up (refreshments and catering)
  • Diary management
  • Company stationery monitoring/ordering
  • Provide occasional cover for reception

SUPPORTING EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS:

  • Layout/design of PowerPoint presentations
  • Mailshots to clients/prospects/suppliers
  • Recording and formatting of internal/external minutes of meetings
  • Typing of daily correspondence (e.g. letters, mini reports, emails, handbooks etc.)
  • Ad hoc administration tasks

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Quick typing skills
  • Good organisational ability
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player is essential
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Able to communicate at all levels
