As the Marketing Executive you will play a critical part in supporting the brand development and global growth in this very successful business.


The Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering a range of activities to promote, enhance and protect brand reputation and to drive engagement with numerous stakeholder groups.

We’re looking for a creative individual with energy and enthusiasm who takes pride in executing activities to the highest standards with continuous measurement of success. You will enjoy working with others and be creative in your thinking as well as possessing excellent attention to detail.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for;

  • Execute activities to the highest standards, ensuring adherence to global brand guidelines
  • Support new offices and partners to conform to the brand identity consistency and developing a toolkit to enable local ownership
  • Execute the creation of materials to reflect the agreed brand hierarchy to build our distinctive brand and market position
  • Deliver creative solutions across all channels, including social media, Turtl, Binumi, video and other digital and print collateral
  • Maintain the collateral register across the team, updating key materials as required
  • Design collateral to support product, supplier and sector plans as well as the global recruitment campaign as required
  • Maintain the Brand Hub on Inform (intranet) ensuring materials are categorised, up to date and easily accessed
  • Maintain the commendations register and support the broader team to ensure they are used effectively in materials
  • Create brand templates for use across all markets for items including but not limited to powerpoint, word and excel, as well as social media templates etc
  • Create, maintain and refresh the image library, ensuring local market needs are reflected and images are being used appropriately
  • Make updates to the Reed & Mackay website as directed
  • Maintain the branded goods inventory and booking/request system
  • Support account management by producing a range of client facing materials including the quarterly review decks, a series of travel fundamental overviews, and other activities as agreed


  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Experience of working with Creative Cloud suite/other marketing technology is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and engage with internal customers
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working to and meeting required deadlines
  • Attention to detail is a must in this role
  • Clear and concise communication – verbal & written
  • Good listening skills
  • Friendly and helpful manner both on the telephone and in email
  • Methodical, process driven approach
  • Self-starter who can proactively initiate, execute, and follow-up on projects
  • Evidence prior success of executing marketing skills as outlined above
